Role Description

Simplilearn is looking to hire a Manager (Content Marketing), to support the growth objectives of Commercial function through a comprehensive content strategy across regions. The role will involve close collaboration with the sales and field marketing managers. Some of the key responsibilities of this position are the following – 

  • Understand how Simplilearn’s B2B solutions are consumed and positioned, and bring out the narrative through engaging content pieces.
  • Create marketing collaterals, such as long form articles and white papers, by collaborating closely with external partners.
  • Develop eBooks, solution guides, use case collaterals, case studies and other sales collaterals, which can be used by the sales team at various stages. 
  • Provide support to field marketing managers by creating thought leadership presentations for various global events.
  • Own B2B messaging across Simplilearn website, including the dedicated pages for Commercial, Government, and Partner businesses, while also ensuring that the content is SEO-optimized.
  • Own the Enterprise resources section on Simplilearn website and ensure that it is optimized to generate demand and capture traffic. 
  • Collaborate closely with third-party agencies and Simplilearn’s consumer marketing team to ensure consistent B2B messaging across content pieces aligned with the Simplilearn brand.

Desired skills 

  • Overall 2-4 years of experience in content marketing. 
  • Strong writer and communicator, with a track record of building engaging content and decks.  
  • Experience in research-driven content, which involves in-depth exploration of concepts and translating findings into value-driven content. 
  • Experience in online learning / enterprise learning (good to have).
  • Ability to independently work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong bias for action, high on ownership.
