Role Description
Product Growth- Drive Growth at scale for existing product portfolio and launch New Product
- Identify key growth avenues for existing suite of products in the Technology category
- Drive market research: a mix of quantitative-primary (surveys, segmentation, positioning research, product proposition/ concept tests etc.), qualitative-primary (focus groups, in-depth interviews, market research online communities, etc.), and secondary/desk research to identify new product opportunities (product market fit) and develop a point of viewÂ
- Keep abreast of the market and competitive landscape globally and be tuned into the new developments/growth opportunitiesÂ
- Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive execution approachÂ
- Ensure timely launch of product and monitor post release metrics to ensure optimal PFM
- Optimize the positioning for new productsÂ
- Develop sales enablement tools, drive GTM and align, train all stakeholders
User ExperienceÂ
- Track user experience & engagement of regular frequencyÂ
- Proactively tackle possible escalations and align delivery processÂ
- Give service design inputs to ensure high CSAT/NPSÂ
- Assist academic and industry partnerships for product successÂ
- Conduct focus groups, feedback sessions, etc. to get customer feedback and identify pain pointsÂ
- Address the pain points in a productised mannerÂ
Optimizing Existing ProductsÂ
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify red flags – perform regular Pre Mortems
- Create proactive measures and align stakeholders to mitigate the red flags and optimize the productÂ
- Ideate and conceptualize the the scaling of existing productsÂ
- Ensure process excellence to achieve the right mix of cost and optimal delivery
- Work closely on the product update and sunset process, with scrum team to create low wastage roadmapsÂ

Qualifications requirement:Â

- A Skilled expert, with a total of 1.5+ years of Professional experienceÂ
- MBA – Marketing / Product is preferredÂ
- 1.5+ years of work experience into product/category management
- Prior exposure to emerging technologies (Cloud Computing, DevOps, Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, IoT, etc.) is mandatory
