I am Sai Tharun, currently working as a Project Manager in the Engineering & Infrastructure domain at DHL Express. Over the course of my 6-year career, I have explored different areas and realized that the banking sector did not align with my career aspirations. It was through this exploration that I found my true passion for Logistics and began working in Custom Clearance, a demanding yet rewarding job. During this time, I dedicated myself to learning everything about clearance processes, effectively managing a team of 50 individuals, and representing one of the world’s largest logistics companies to government regulatory authorities. My hard work paid off, and I was promoted to the role of a Project Manager. However, I recognized the need to expand my areas of expertise, particularly in Lean Six Sigma, which led me to choose Simplilearn for upskilling. After completing the certification, I gained the opportunity to work on new projects in this field and also received a 10% salary increase.

Personally, my professional journey has encompassed diverse domains, and I have recently found my passion in Project Management. In 2018, I pursued an MBA in Human Resources and Operation Management from NMIMS. With six years of working experience, my journey has been marked by continuous learning and growth.
