I’m Rahul Pawar from Nasik, Maharashtra, and I’ve dedicated 14 years to the Indian Air Force. With a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, I embarked on a journey that took me through various roles, culminating in my current position as Program Manager. Joining the armed forces was a long-held dream, inspired by my admiration for defence personnel. This journey has given me strong discipline and leadership skills. Now, as I look toward the corporate world, I’m excited to apply my experience and knowledge to new challenges in project management.

Decision to Upskill

After serving 14 years, I realized it was time to prepare for a transition. I wanted to bridge the gap between my military background and the requirements of the corporate world.
