My name is Deepak, and I am a young IT professional based in Noida (NCR). I completed my graduation from the IEC College of Engineering and Technology in 2019. After securing my first job at TCS, I witnessed the emergence of cloud technology following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Intrigued by this development, I decided to enhance my skills in this domain. In March 2022, I enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in DevOps offered by Simplilearn in partnership with Caltech CTME. This decision proved to be instrumental in my career growth as I secured a role as a Cloud Engineer at TO THE NEW in August, with an impressive 100% salary hike. I attribute my success to the skills and knowledge I gained through Simplilearn’s program.
During the program, I acquired proficiency in tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Containers as a Service (CaaS), and Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS), significantly contributing to my day-to-day job as a Cloud Engineer. My experience with Simplilearn was highly positive. The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, and I particularly appreciated the virtual lab feature, which allowed me to apply what I learned effectively. Furthermore, I am currently enrolled in the Simplilearn Job Assist Program, which aims to assist me in finding even better job opportunities.
