As documented by Aman Singh
I am an ambitious individual seeing myself as an entrepreneur in the next 5 to 10 years. I hold experience as a Human Resource Manager, where I learnt numerous things from multinational companies. Currently, I lead over 600 employees and multiple other aspects at Concentrix. The business analysis course has helped with my current job profile. Furthermore, it has provided insights into business work and transition, which I aim to apply in my future startup.
The Journey
I introduce myself as Aman Singh, a graduate in advertising and post-graduate in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai. I have 5.5 years of work experience in huge organizations as a recruiter/onboarded. My previous organizations include Tata, Axis, and Concentrix. Currently, after the course. I am a business HR, supporting our client JP morgan chase, handling a headcount of about 600+ employees. My profile also involves core HR work where I support the business with other requirements like attrition, performance management, shrinkage and other endeavors. Apart from these, I also connect and engage with employees and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
The Challenge
My job profile required me to interact with people. Understanding and analyzing them was a part of my routine. Performing it in a strategic and well-thought manner would boost my career path. The mentioned issue encouraged me to upskill myself. Although I did not intend to change my career, I was adamant about welcoming new opportunities.
Simplilearn Solution
Primarily, I wanted to upskill myself with a suitable course. I wandered into the internet maze and stumbled across courses offering numerous opportunities. I also came across the Post Graduate program in Business Analysis from Simplilearn in collaboration with Purdue University, offered by Simplilearn. I communicated with Simplilearn customer care, where I received insight into the course. Additionally, reviews on Simplilearn motivated me to finalize my decision.
