  • You must submit a copy of your scorecard along with the date you completed your online classroom training.

  • We will process the refund using the same method you used to pay for the program.

  • Participants fail to score at least 80% in any three available online Lean Six Sigma Green Belt simulation practice tests on Simplilearn Learning Management System.
  • Participants do not complete the e-learning content. The full online study (100% completion) is required to learn the course materials
  • Participants do not follow the trainer’s instructions and do not complete the class exercises.
  • Participants do not submit the required documents (scorecard, course completion certificate, proof of LSSGB exam date) to Simplilearn.
  • Participants fail to request a refund within 15 days of receiving their results.
