  • As defined by the Scrum Alliance, a Certified ScrumMaster is someone who has been taught (by a Certified Scrum Trainer) the Scrum terminologies, practices, and principles that will enable them to fulfill the role of ScrumMaster or Scrum team member.

  • Scrum Master students will need to complete a free, non-graded, online evaluation. Once this has been submitted and the terms & conditions have been agreed to, students may download and print their certification directly from the Scrum Alliance website.
  • Product owner students will need to accept the terms & conditions. Students may then download and print their certification directly from the Scrum Alliance website.

• When is the CSM exam conducted?

  The CSM exam can be taken online after you receive your Scrum Alliance login information. Students generally receive this login information within five business days of the course.

• Is the CSM certification fee included in my course fee?

  Yes. The certification and evaluation fees are included in the cost of this course, along with the costs of course materials and learning aids.
